About work仕事内容について

This client will open his new branch in Jakarta, the office will be around Sudirman/Thamrin. As a Personal Assistant to President Director (Owner), you will assist him to prepare his new business start from finding new office, preparing legal documents until negotiation with new clients. You will have the high probability of becoming one of the Executive within this company.
Day Workflow/Main Job/Specialized Skill:
- Handle everything related to new branch preparation (office, legal documents, human resource, etc)
- Manage and assist President Director's activities
- Organize and arrange appointments or meetings with clients, vendor, investor
- Handle and manage outgoing or incoming letters of director
- Receives and monitors all incoming calls to the President Director
- Preparation of reports as required by the President Director
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Handle all administrative support
- Organizes President Director's calendar and task
- Flexible working hours, willing to work at weekend if needed
